COROS AI Coach is an independent product. Your COROS login happens on COROS. This site stores the access and refresh tokens encrypted, tied to your account, and never sends them to the browser.
Training and health rows are scoped to the signed-in user. Another athlete cannot read them. Menstrual data stays out of sync unless you turn that option on, and it stays off while sensitive health data is hidden.
Disconnecting COROS deletes the tokens and leaves imported history until you delete that data. Deleting the account removes the user and the rows that cascade from it.
App-derived readiness is calculated here. It is not a COROS metric. Sample mode is labeled sample data and does not call COROS.
